MikeMooneyham.com is an information resource for the accurate reporting of information related to the professional wrestling industry.

Mike Mooneyham has been following the wrestling business for more than 35 years. He got his journalistic feet wet by writing for a number of national wrestling and sports magazines during the mid-'60s, and was publisher of Championship Wrestling Fan Club, a monthly bulletin that was a forerunner to the newsletters of the '80s.

A 25-year newspaper veteran, Mike has written a weekly pro wrestling column in The Post and Courier in Charleston, S.C., since 1988, holding the distinction of having the longest-running wrestling column in a major daily newspaper. Mike was an original member of The Wrestling Observer Hotline and has contributed to a number of wrestling publications. He has hosted his own radio talk show and has participated in many forums involving pro wrestling. He is still pondering the meaning of Rufus. R. "Freight Train" Jones' famous quote: "My name is Rufus R. Jones, and the R. stands for 'Guts.'"

The MikeMooneyham.com site is an Adscape Internet Publishing affiliate and works with Adscape to provide information for the Professional Wrestling Online Museum and the History of Wrestling sites.
